Calm and caring!

My initial appointment was an emergency one and I expected "emergency" treatment. Much to my surprise, my treatment was considerate, unhurried and comprehensive. The staff was hospitable and very considerate of my needs. At the conclusion of the appointment I was given detailed information regarding my future dental needs. Upon returning to get the crown for my tooth, I received excellent service resulting in a crown that matches my other teeth perfectly. I was in need of a new dental service based on my previous one no longer being in my network. I have found one in Dr. Qing Yang and associates at 43rd and Walnut Streets.

Dr.Yang is very responsible!!! She gave me a lot of advice.it’s very helpful!!! I did cleaning and filling.I feel very good!!!By the way dr.Andrew very attentive.They deserve five stars!!!

Dr. Yang has been very patient and professional. She exams carefully and discusses the concerns with me in detail. I’ve been with dentists who would recommend treatment and leave myself to do research. I thought that was common practice until meeting Dr. Yang. She respects my feeling and opinion, and is open minded for treatment options. I feel in charge of my dental heath with great support. It’s also worth mention that the front desk staff has been very helpful as well. They are friendly and efficient. Appointment scheduling or rescheduling are quick and they are very accommodating for emergency situations. Never had a bill issue.

Dr Young and his team was great! I had a problem with my wisdom teeth wound. A piece of dead bone was piercing through my gum into my mouth and scratch over my tongue. Dr. Young and his team tried their best to help me save money, since I did not have a very good dental insurance, and they successfully fixed my problem. Dr. Young was very nice, and her team is professional.

Five star dentist! Recommended by a friend I visited Dr Young for my severe sensibility of two teeth. After took X-rays and a complete clean, I was charged 160 bucks since I haven’t got any dental insurance, which I think is fair. Dr. Young suggested that I may have these two teeth root canal treated, which I hesitated to follow at that moment. Things turned out to prove I am wrong. During my trip to yellow stone, one of the teeth got an acute onset and finally forced me to seek urgent treatment at LA. I was diagnosed pulpitis and priodontitis. The dentist there confirmed me that I should complete the whole process of root canal treatment. Back to Philly I reached out Dr Young for further treatment. She decisively gave me a referral to UPenn dental endodontist after listening to my history and conducting a short review of my X-rays without charging me a penny. Plus, what made me feel really sweet is the front desk girl, she was so kind to make an referral appointment for me instantly on the spot. Thank you so much sweet ladies. If I have to say something about what needs to be improved, that would be the skill level of the assistant. Although she also has an impeccable attitude and great professionalism, compared with the assistant I experienced at LA, her proficiency in dental filming had a lot of space to get improved.
